1. Refund Request Period You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligible Items Refunds or exchanges are accepted only for:

  • Unused and unworn items in their original condition and packaging.

  • Products with manufacturing defects.

Customized or worn items are not eligible for a refund.

Once your request is received, we will guide you through the correct return process. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate a refund immediately. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days.

4. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the return is due to a product defect or our error, we will cover the shipping cost.

  • For a simple change of mind or personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
